Do you celebrate Lent and can’t figure out what to cook for Friday. I gotcha you easy and quick for you to do this week. How about dried shrimp soup, sounds yummy to me. Here you go, you’ll need the following.
*Carrots, potatoes, cabbage, cilantro, onion and garlic.
*A can of tomatoe sauce and two small bags of natural dried shrimp.
*Some oil and water or chicken broth.
*Sal or chicken concome to flavor but do make sure its towards the end since the dried shrimp are salty.
2. Fry onion and garlic
3. Add water or chicken broth
4. Add a small can of tomatoe sauce
Add more water and let to boil
then you will be
5. adding your veggies except the cabbage and cilantro.
6. After they are cooked and smooth add the shrimp and cabbage and cilantro.
And you are DONE you just wait about 20 min for those to cook taste for salt add if needed.

Make sure you are careful when eating the shrimp since the heads are sharp and the shell of the shrimp is pretty much disposable hehe.. but the soup taste delicious.
